While Americans are using somewhat less gas, the travel season is nearly here.It wouldn't take much to drive the prices up but IMO it is not likely to see prices decline.

Hey, my neighbor needs surgery but has no health insurance, so i'll go to a medical doctor site, read about surgical techniques and then offer to perform the surgery for my neighbor.It never ceases to amaze me that people with no knowledge or experience think they can be successful in real estate; what it really is is an arrogance that devalues the ability, experience, knowledge of those that have studied and performed successfully in the field for many years.

Jessica, if you paid it off and it was just a few years ago, like three, you might be surprised as credit issues arising from unforseen medical issues is a quickly forgivable sin.

The tenants I currently have are actually wanting to purchase the house from me, but medical difficulties have put that on a back burner for now.I was thinking of taking out an equity loan from the house, since it's a 15 year loan, and using that to pay off half of what I owe on the townhouse, but I'm not sure if that is a good idea.
