I personally didn’t get a ton of calls but my signs didn’t last very long so I didn’t do a long enough test to be significant IMHO.

I bought one from an open house, so it happens occassionally.I was driving through a neighborhood I liked, saw the open house sign and stopped to look at the house.I think the odds of selling through an open house are slim.

If you will be doing the inspections then I would bring my ladder, infra red thermometer, socket tester, tape measure, and camera when viewing the unit and on the one you want, test the appliances and perform an inspection right then.

If you're able to test it out and you get many results, then more power to you!
