How can I find out the home owner  insurance information for a neighbor if a neighbor failed to maintained his property and caused water damage to a neighboring property? 

I am 23, born, studying and living in Europe.

It had been poorly maintained and needed significant repairs when we acquired it.

That makes it difficult to set up and maintain a system.

I always tell the tenant that renting a house is different than renting an apartment because you're responsible for common area maintenance.Now, if I notice that my yard is not being maintained, then I warn the tenant 3X.

Most community colleges have courses to get you ready to take the exam and as long as you are willing to put in a little study time you should pass. 

You can also do a cost segregation study on the property and defer a lot of taxes. 

Once you are done with that, you will want to study for the licensing exams.  

Probably based on engineering studies is my guess.

I first became interested in real estate investing 3-4 years ago when my brother first started buying properties, but only became consistently studying it that past few months and totally fell in love.
