I will be in the same boat after March...I like my job and would love to do real estate in between my shifts(I'm shift work).

(I often feel like I am just shifting money around, but getting houses out of the deal!!)

In Florida, and many other places, I actually see a shift to more of the employee model.

Many investors have shifted their focus to popping tops and scraping lots to build duplexes. 

I think Kashmere Gardens is shifting towards more Hispanic - according to this - but yes, I realize now, it is majority African-American. 

I had a big shift after some serious personal events myself.
