Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

My name is Vlad, and I would like to introduce myself.

I live in Glastonbury, CT (Hartford County), and I would like to become a real estate investor. Currently, I am learning what I can about RE investing, learning nearby markets, reading Brandon's recommended books on investing in real estate and buying houses with no money down (just started reading, actually).

Until recently, I've been working full time job (I am the tax guy), but was laid off less than two weeks ago when the newly hired CFO decided to outsource my job!

I see this as an opportunity to spend more time learning about real estate investing and networking with fellow investors, while looking for a new job replacement. As a downside, in addition to lost income, this loss of a job will likely make it harder to obtain financing. Regardless, I am going to stay positive and keep on learning.

All the best.

Vlad
