Percentage of pay from a broker to an agent for Property Mgmt.

I am looking at joining a property management brokerage.  The broker is offering me a 50% split on fees.  For example, if the management fee to the landlord is $120 per month, the broker would take $60 and I take $60.  The brokerage has systems in place, maintenance crews, etc so he does bring value to the table.  His brokerage charges a flat % of rents, no other fees and no markups.

Is this a typical split?  What do you see out there?
