First of all I LOVE the show and I’ve sent it to several of my friends to share it with them.That being said, something I’m having trouble with is that when the guest is speaking they are using really specific jargon and they go on and on and there’s not enough clarification.

Lesson #2: My first buyer was 48 hours from closing when a 2nd appraiser sent by FHA determined that the mobile had been moved twice, which makes it ineligible for FHA.

The soft spot around the thresh hold and the swollen pergo in the kitchen has pretty much sent everyone running.

I sent a letter claiming intent on their security deposit Dec 1 to the last known address according to Florida landlord-tenant law.

In the end I sent out about 400 +/- I did get 3 calls out of that 400, all of them were looking to get retail for a home in dire need of extensive repairs & updating.
