Is there an official document where landlords could review the maximum allowable rent for 2 bed 1 bath or 3bed 1 bath ?

The issue is this:  Florida's hotel lobby.

Three days ago I'm told basically that the bottom fell out and the bank wants to call the loan, it turns out that the property was in preforeclosure status the entire time and there was no official statement of this given to me, and the bank stating that the file went to fha and they were no longer satisfied with the contract amount, and they would sell at auction.

I don't know if they will allow some type of official proctor to monitor me while I take it, However, I think that investing in that education is important.
