Having your business sign docs...

When filling out a purchase agreement and you are putting it in a business entity. The purchaser, aka the business, is listed as the Buyer.

My question is when signing the bottom of the Purchase Agreement how is it signed? Sign the business name or do you sign your name and then put a title next to your name??? Or do you have two lines to sign on for the business name and then another with your name?
