Hello Alexandra,Usually a bank wont offer traditional financing on a BRRRR, generally BRRRR properties are unlivable/ in need of a lot of work.

They offered it as a partnership.

That being said, I ultimately had to take a 15K price drop on the house and finally got a solid offer from a young buyer.
