Now, the units are just a mile from my job, a mile from three major colleges/universities, and a mile from a major highway intersection, but still tucked away in a quiet golf community. 

Is my mortgage broker not going to the extra mile or are our situation a complicated one ?

He has a full time 'handyman/contractor' on staff , and all of the properties are within a 20 mile radius.

Tenants had been without A/C for 9 days, and this is in the Southeast. 

I had a '95 Honda Civic that had over 300K miles on it...it just wouldn't die...and finally sold it for not much less than I paid for it.

Theres just different neighborhoods Id rather be in at that price point, but Im probably only talking about a mile or 2 distance at most.

@Tina JenkinsWhat if I have an elderly tenant that likes to pay in person but my bank is 200 miles away which is the case with one of them.
