Because of this I am here desperately asking any and all NY landlords/real estate investors for a recommendation of a landlord attorney who in your experience with them has demonstrated a majority of the above mentioned traits/skills.

I know estimating really is a process you only learn by doing however for the first few deals I want to be as spot on as possible while I develop my skills.

If you want to get into the game and market but don't have the know how or skills to make it happen that's A-OK, you simply need a good acquisition partner be it a solid REI agent (like myself, shameless plug lol) or a TurnKey Provider(remember to well grease the under carriage as good chance you will be taking it in the.....).

I tell them that facts change often, and they are better served by learning how to perform research on their own.I want to learn new skills.

Doing it this way requires great management skills and additional costs over doing it yourself, but it also may mean that you never have to visit a house yourself.

These are outstanding life skills that you can employ for the rest of your life and the longer the period of time that you have to use them, the further the compounding effects will help you to go.This type of initial home-buying strategy can and does lead to further opportunities to grow and achieve further benefits besides those already mentioned.

Let him know that you are always looking for (Locating real estate) good real estate deals, that you'd be willing to be a locator for him or partner up on a great equity based property - would he be interested in working with you, giving you a referral fee.Let him know that you have some skills in pounding the payment- farming and power prospecting, that you are always talking to motivated sellers --Ask him what kind of deals he likes - meet him -- have lunch -- ask lots of questions --Call him every opportunity you can - tell him about a FSBO you just discovered, a tax sale motivated sellers, a seller on Craig's List, a motivatedexpired listing.Remember you got to GIVE to GET!
