Do you think the hot/steamy will change at all?

Plumbing/electrical etc are just repairs< same as if you were living there.

I bought a house built in 1915 and living in it for 3 years.

I live in Pigeon Forge and the lack of traffic, more akin to January and February than May, is enough to say something is amiss this season. 

I don't live in the US and I don't have another income in the US (such as employment or earned income), but I have a property that was rented starting in September 2023.

Where people are paying 700k and likely going to bid over hot, sultry properties like this. 

I'd look for areas on the outskirts where development has been happening.Well, it appears that the population of the entire Metro area is doing just fine.The housing market and rents continue to be very strong in the C class areas and up in Toledo proper, and quite hot in the surrounding suburbs.

Congratulations @Megha Agarwal we have 2 STR’s in Lake Harmony as well and live about 2hr’s away.  

But due to the above factors- we're still in a hot and heavy seller's market, with no real relief in sight for buyers (add to that, with the new Burnett / National of Realtors settlement, they will be squeezed even further, having to also potentially shell out their Buyer's agent fees, which, traditionally, have been added into the seller's listing price before listing to provide to the Buyer's agent).
