Literally zero tax difference if you own properties in an LLC vs. your name. 

I've done literally hundreds of deals in more than 20 states as an investor, agent, broker, out of state investor, wholesaler, flipper, lender, etc... and I don't know everything. 

Since each portfolio loan is governed by the bank itself you would literally have to call every bank out there to find out all the different portfolio loan options.

I bought a stainless steel cart on wheels from Ikea that tenants can have in the kitchen,  thereby leaving literally room for only one person to be in there,  or they can move it to the living area where at least it is still storage.  

I met this agent literally 2 hours after I read that chapter and she checks off every single box when looking for a good real estate agent.

Its also really frustrating to see some posters who are just throwing up garbage ads that are literally one step above spam, yet somehow manage to get their super cheesy ads posted multiple times per day without ever being flagged or removed...how are the very worst offenders who post spam ads for credit card services able to get away with this, while a local agent like myself is getting there legit ads flagged?

Although the tenants literally paid the entire mortgage; the income did only that and nothing more.

By branding yourself, you can literally have buyers and sellers coming to you. 

The neighborhood we wanted to purchase our retirement home in is now basically off limits as it's likely to literally be underwater by the time we pay off a 30-year mortgage.
