Need Advise: Any Turnkey Provider in Houston TX

Hello,  seeking advise if you guys know turnkey properties in Houston TX.  I would like to invest in rental properties there.  I will be going there by EOM to check out the area and to meet few people there.  I been researching Houston but only in the internet.  Also any good property management in the area that you can recommend.  Areas that I need to avoid.  I want to maximize my time and be productive as much as possible. Your input will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
