We use them to pull credit and whatnot.My first guess, and it's 100% A GUESS, would be that a credit report contained something inaccurate, leading to someone issuing a loan they otherwise wouldn't have, which in turn resulted in corelogic being sued, which in turn resulted in a settlement that involved them covering the prop taxes.Again, 100% a guess.

Looking for fresh leads.

I work with a team and we are getting some leads from internet but all the leads that i had till now are not serious,  they don't have credit and no money.

Hopefully, you are actively marketing (fish don't jump into the boat) and regular contact with leads who are principals and discuss your situations on these forums. 

I'm shocked that radon testing isn't a requirement when buying a home just as lead disclosure is a requirement.

Plus, leads are generated by making contact with people of information.  

You are doing the first most important step; creating leads and putting up the cash, that is if I understand ur comments right.So, you are saying you need Robert to help flip and manage the deal?

Which leads me to my next point - conversions.

Leads me to believe most people don't even bother reading other responses.

Or if he can do lead testing as well as part of the inspection ?
