Looking for fresh leads. We're looking at local projects and the margin is so shallow I can see the silt. 

Met a really cool and collective REA with a portfolio and she has her contacts but she's never heard of this site. She might register after that talk. Chrise Floyd, keep an eye out for her. 

Anyway, she has finance lenders but we're looking for more lending options, partners, mentors, wholesalers .. This is the year our company becomes our income. 

We need wholesalers for Harford County (talking the partner into further areas), partners that don't mind a novice, and lenders that aren't mob. Willing to do what it takes to get it on track.
