I'm in one of the largest military areas and about an hour from Austin, one of the biggest real estate markets right now. 

I've encountered some unexpected challenges with my lender that have raised concerns about the investment potential in this area.Here's a bit of context: The property I'm interested in is a 3-bedroom (5 beds), fully furnished, with a creek in the backyard, a fire pit, a basement, and some recreational amenities.

As one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, it recently overtook Birmingham to become the largest city in Alabama.Unsurprisingly, home values in Huntsville have increased dramatically—we’re talking on the order of 100% in the last 5 years.

Marijuana has not been recreationally legalized in my state yet but if someone wants to smoke it outside I don’t care, or to eat edibles inside, not my worry.

I already paid them for previous documents and I just recreate them if they won't give me an electronic copy.  

The smallest property I manage is a 929 sqft condo, and the largest property is a 4,180 sqft SFR.

It's the 3rd largest city in Michigan, borders Detroit, and has a high tenant population.
