Land wholesaling (lot flipping)
Evening,
I am getting my feet wet (or should I say dusty) in land wholesaling lot flipping. I'm in one of the largest military areas and about an hour from Austin, one of the biggest real estate markets right now. I was sent an off-market deal from a real estate agent and it is in the heart of Telsa "row". A new spec builder that I partner with doesn't want the land b/c it doesn't fit his criteria but I hate to pass this up. How would I go about wholesaling it? Should I contact the agent and put it under contract and then look for a cash buyer or vise versa?
