Hey everyone, long time lurker, finally registered.

I was raised in Las Vegas, where my parents had several rental houses. Worked IT for most of my adult life, with a couple of rental houses. 

2 1/2 years ago I moved to St George, Utah, selling my rentals in Las Vegas. I started a property management company in St George earlier this year. Always looking for deals, to learn more, and to network.
