There are more robust PM systems out there but the larger ones can be costly and are overkill for self managers. 

If you have larger window I would recommend a Home Depot for more options.

Unless you are comfortable with taking on that risk and have the cash on hand for fixes / repairs of potentially larger issues it is not a good idea IMO. 

However, if you have intentions of doing something like purchasing another property next year then that $13k will be put to good use and the larger loan amount and added interest is well worth it.

Great perspective, asking for health statues sounds like a challenging task.

Finding an already built & running park would be a far simpler task.

I plan to use my VA home loan and am thinking it would be a smart idea to team up with another veteran to afford a larger (3-4 family) building instead of just getting a 1-2 family building (depending on the prices that I run across). 

But, there’s also a small possibility that’s to cover their butt when you discover a larger problem after you own it that they “didn’t know about”.
