Hi everyone,My name is Carl and I am a full-time internet marketer who has been studying real estate for a while and interacting with a number of colleagues who are active investors.I am primarily pursuing a buy and hold strategy.  

One is that the infrastructure like roads, water systems, internet speeds/etc. were much more developed - even in rural areas.

Sites like this are why I LOVE the internet.  

If you are open at using someone that is not local to you (now with the technology, internet, etc. you don't have to have to use someone with the brick and mortar office to walk into) then I could give you a recommendation. 

SEO can work but with paid traffic be it Internet/direct mail or whatever, if you have the right message and the right market with the right call to action,  you have a great chance to turn $1 into $2 or more.

I know there are lots of free resources on the internet I can use, that's where I could use your help.

Elizabeth Colegrove I definitely agree that people shouldn't get their end all be all advice from internet strangers, so yes, please verify that whatever loan YOU get does not have the requirement that you live there for a year (unless you are going to live there for a year). 

I don't know if this is wise, but I have made up my mind.Therefore I began to read blogs, articles, forum by forums across internet, and I sincerely appreciate you have something to share about it.
