Hello BP!  Sites like this are why I LOVE the internet.  All the information in the world at your fingertips.  

I am a former custom builder from AZ and NM.  I have always done well in the "good" times but seem to never quite be prepared for downturns, and certainly not the economic dumpster fire we had in 2008!

My problemis I LOVE the business.  I've tried other careers, but I know the trades and scheduling and making something out of nothing that will last long after I'm gone.  

I really look forward to connecting here as I begin flipping and wholesaling in this area!!
