My intereats in real estate is to learn how to Wholesale first before venturing into other areas of this industry.

This place is flooded with Denver area people who know any niche of the industry. 

USPAP- Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice- our industry standard does not require a site inspection, building interior or exterior inspection, etc.The appraiser and client set the scope of work per USPAP.

They are also the ones who are forum leaders and have the best answers to difficult posts. 

I don't think they could have done 20% as good as my gals... so for us complete opposite of what your talking about.But then again I was backing them.. and they sold hard on who I was and my stature in the industry.. and that is important as well..
