What I am saying is once we get into a step the environment around us changes. 

You aren't going to find an incredible deal from a turnkey company like you might if you search for distressed properties and fix them up yourself (if you're a TK provider and you disagree, please send me you best deals!!)

I can only speak for myself, but I like to sleep at night, have a low tolerance for stupid, and make friends to easy to put myself in the environment. 

I think that's an incredible strategy!  

It has taught me an incredible amount of information and keeps me motivated each and every day to be the best RE investor I can be.

The wealth of info on this site is incredible.

But when it comes to investing and building towards eventual financial freedom... thats a different story...I was failing to find that kind of advice from my current work environment that would put me on the kind of path i have only read and heard about from those who have done it, so as a result, i have signed up for classes, i have gotten books, i have a coach, I'm building a team and my wife and I are proceeding with beginning our real estate investor business (part time), starting in Wholesale and then branching out to Buy and Hold and beyond We are ready to learn and network with others who see a major need to provide creative Win/Win solutions in today's real estate marketplaceLooking forward to meeting you guys and hearing your stories and background as well!
