29 years old originally from outside Chicago, IL (da Bulls), been in FL now for 17 years and LOVE IT! 

Currently working full time at a local appliance repair shop since 14 years old , and similar to Robert Kiyosaki, my boss has been like a second father to me, guiding me on a hard working yet prosperous path as well as providing me with the opportunity to hone my "people and sales" skills. 

But when it comes to investing and building towards eventual financial freedom... thats a different story...

I was failing to find that kind of advice from my current work environment that would put me on the kind of path i have only read and heard about from those who have done it, so as a result, i have signed up for classes, i have gotten books, i have a coach, I'm building a team and my wife and I are proceeding with beginning our real estate investor business (part time), starting in Wholesale and then branching out to Buy and Hold and beyond 

We are ready to learn and network with others who see a major need to provide creative Win/Win solutions in today's real estate marketplace
