I guess I edited it out of my post, but I'm not in the USA, I am in the Caribbean.

It usually helps me understand the market rather than guessing if one of two amounts is way off base due to one guy being pricier generally, or one guy missing something in his estimation, or different levels of quality, or sometimes what seems like random chance.

My guess is that they are calculating the numbers based on how much total cashflow they are getting for the entire year and diviging that number by the how much money they put down.

I guess some do eventually, but I don't get how they can go so long like that.

I guess there's a little part of me that's kind of shy in connecting with new people, especially in unfamiliar territory, but it's also excites me.
