That's my current plan, I'm actively looking for distressed properties I can apply for, so I also gain some experience rehabbing homes.

I've read many of the posts and have gained so much information.

I've gained some experience, but not nearly as much as I thought I would.

I'm Brian,  a new investor,  looking for good people that I can gain experience from and possibly work as a partner with. 

Additionally I am working diligently to build my sales business and pass on the knowledge and experience I have gained as a real estate entrepreneur to my clients... as a Professional Realtor.

In fact, Investor Carrot websites say that cluttered and busy looking websites gain better traffic in the "I buy houses" world.On my single family homes, I use all the name address signage.

Disagree here...cash was not only immune but gained a lot of purchasing power ;)

If you're looking to gain equity, this isn't the right market as prices have been stagnant.
