Is rubs primarily for water only?

Hey I own a home in Darby PA and I wanted to know am i responsible for the water bill?

It’s walking distance w it’s own entrance to beach but it’s not right on the water exactly.I think I could fit 8-10.

Where can I go to flood my brain with information.

IN GA the sale was one day a month and you should have seen the crowds at those things  we did really good there until the hedge funds came in and blew all us little guys out of the water my first 14 months there i bought 55 properties however GA was terrbile getting you the trustee's deed many times taking 90 days, so the smaller investor whose model is to refi with HM the second they get the trustee deed was severely hampered...
