We are now each focusing on our own markets. 

One thought I've entertained, is possibly including something about if they recipient doesn't meet the profile, but are interested in still selling their property, that we are professional realtors and can assist them with that as well.

When we fleece  I mean lease a vehicle, we are only fleecing ourselves!

Our 2 current rentals are under our own name, but we are planning on setting up an LLC on Legal Zoom and would like to transfer the 2 existing properties to the LLC.

Hi All,We need to come up with the 25% down payment to purchase an investment property in our area, can you share how we can find this 25% - I know we can look at using private money at a certain % but this method is quite expensive for long term as we are looking at 30 year mortgages.  

We are currently on the lookout for a new property to add to our portfolio which will then yield us another 3-5 residential units and possible some more garage storage units. 

I think what we are going to try to negotiate is 60 days notice and go from there.
