I have been enjoying the podcast I started it there days ago and I am hooked but it’s kinda hard to take notes while driving hahah jk I don’t do that wouldn’t be safe.

I’m looking to find another job that is in the same field, is also W-2 and salaried so I can still get qualified for a loan but a part of me feels like even if I am very short of time that maybe I should just try my hardest to get the property first.I work for an LA based company but I moved back in with my parents in Philly last November during covid.

If I enjoy the work and do OK I'm open to shifting into working as an agent full time.

I work in the electrical construction field and we have to cross the private side of the sewer lines about 50% of the time for underground electrical service.

Let me know if you guys have read any on my list and enjoyed them or didn't enjoy them as well. 

I understand wanting to protect your property, but also consider reasonable ways to let them enjoy some extra storage.
