Hey thanks for your input, I hope I am not abusing your good will.

What I have witnessed in my many years dealing with these companies, they look for any reason to deny title insurance because they do not want a claim filed against them.

My motivation to get started was leaving an abusive marriage and really reckoning with the reality that I need to plan for my own future in as much of an independent and self-directed way as I can.I think its important not to just look at the attitudes of women (like the question of whether women are more risk adverse) but also the attitudes of men in REI.

However, the alternative is that they will just be denied housing.

Qualifying food and prescription and nonprescription drugs are taxed at 1%.The fact that you're still denying that Chicago's population is growing is absurd. 

nothing wrong with it.. just not necessary.. that's all.. unless your dealing with the elderly  foreigners who English is second language etc.. then you want to make sure there is not abuse going on.. and of course in the wholesaling world this would NEVER happen.
