Here's the little that I've figured out so far: I have no money, I would like to get into sourcing deals (for a commission and to learn about the industry) or flipping as a path toward buy & hold down the road, and I would like to create a passive income stream to support myself while I find what I truly love to do (if it isn't REI and surfing).

The opening used to have a wall, but it seemed like at one point it was open before.We had a system going to where my dad stayed in the hole, I helped knock the boards into place, and my girlfriend's dad was outside cutting the boards to size, so that we weren't constantly running in and out of the house to make cuts.
