FYI I am not interested in taking the course with a Real Estate Broker in my area for two reasons.

The reason is that my property with the mortgage is a rental property, not a primary residence.

She could Defer them with seller financing, but ends up probably paying the same.Remember, you can’t reason with a delusional person.

Can anyone help refer me to a lawyer that has reasonable prices and a quick turn around.

Odds are reasonable that if you try to accomplish anything in life, you're going to meet a good cross section of both.So, it's made you stronger -- you sit back for a while, lick your wounds, cry into your beer, rebuild your asset base, then get back into the fray.
