Your request is like asking for a "sports" coach.

The biggest 'danger' I've experienced in the coaching space was coaches who took the cash and wanted me to follow 'their' program rather than coaching me where I am to get where I wanted to go. 

As I look to grow, I’m considering joining a coaching/mentorship program like Partner Driven or something similar.

Has anyone been coached by him and what has your experienced been?

My lease requires professional carpet cleaning, which would cost more than $500 for a home of that size.Yes, it's reasonable to reduce the cost because she was such a long-term tenant.

It is also for that very reason that you should be wary about going in as I do feel that the Pittsburgh has gone pretty high up in it's property values.
