Also I have done renovations that cost north of $100k, a brand new build off a foundation will most likely cost north of that unless you find some really cheap labor.

@Brenden Mitchum It sounds like you’re saying that real estate is a very personal industry and the company’s name or brand isn’t what’s important but the resources they provide it’s agents are what matters most for agents.

I have a tenant since the last 10 months in a brand new home I purchased as investment and I have visited them a couple of times to make sure they are maintaining the home.

I have the color pink Trademarked in real estate and it is my branding.

Is it still possible to find something I can lightly renovate (countertops, new appliances, paint, redo a bathroom) and make some money or are all of those deals gone?

They look just like glass till you pick them and feel how light they are compared to glass.

Since I was a newbie, I purchased it brand new with no negotiations, outside of having the builder include higher-end finishes for free.

I'm curious to see if anyone else has done this and can share their experience or can shed some light on the topic.
