Yes without negotiated up front release clause the bank will require all proceeds sometimes they will negotiate after the fact but they dont have to.. the other thing is you default and you lose all 4 props..

While the properties are financed as a combo, they can be separated later if you are selling one or paying off just one of them (its called a partial release).If the properties are strong enough in value and income to stand on their own, you may choose not to combine them together as a loan tape.
