Our Idaho eviction Bill just passed the Senate 30 to 2. 

Nobody knows because as of this moment there is no bill, or draft of a bill, if you want it to be included then call your congressman and senators. 

I'm facing a substantial property tax bill next month. 

Bill me 3x the hours it would’ve taken me?

This is is going to be a tough few months considering I still have workers who depend on their pays and bills to pay for My questions are:1. 

For those of you have been following me eviction bill HB 461 we had several miracles when the bill was dead several times.

@David HuliThe stimulus bill signed yesterday has an EIDL grant for $10K for sole proprietors if used for the mortgage.

I had a leaky toilet in a flip I was working on...Turned out to be a 1300 water bill..We have no idea how long this will last. 

I've paid my April bills (since these came out of May rents) and I will monitor April income. 

I know when I posted this question 3 weeks ago 75% or more of the responders were of the mind if their tenants don't pay its not their problem.. they are running a business not a charity etc etc.. well I guess we will see how it all play outs. what I am coming to realize is that a lot of landlords that are worried about paying their own bills  APPEAR to maybe not have taken the advice of many and have proper reserves that you dip into during this type of situation.
