We did it! For those of you have been following me eviction bill HB 461 we had several miracles when the bill was dead several times. Thanks to all those who helped  and those who said prayers for us. This was an absolute miracle. Today, this morning the Senate passed it as amended, and this afternoon just a few minutes ago the house passed it with the amendment. To have it heard in the same day in both houses is quite unusual since the house is closing down tonight. It was a sound of victory in both Chambers. It does go the governor but with this much support it's a slam dunk. If  you would like to call the governor's office and leave a message to support HB 461, It would help if he heard from a few yeses because he'll always hear for a few nays or a lot of nays. Sadly they don't understand that those with disabilities will be completely covered by having a judge delay a writ. This only applies to what happens after the judge says it's time to move. It will save landlords thousands of dollars and lots of headache and make everything uniform.  Thanks again. The business will be a lot better for all of us
