I have been on the fence of hiring a very credible mentor, however after reading the few chapters of the intro of Bigger Pockets, I am not quite sure what I should do.

I decided on Charlotte after conducting a ton of research on the top markets in the US, and taking a variety of factors into consideration:Home ValuesAverage Rent / Income ratiosUnemployment RatesCrimePopulationEconomic GrowthNet Migrationand most importantly, where we'll be happyI started out with Bigger Pockets own excellent 2017 Market Analysis, and added my own numbers to help me give more weight to the factors I felt were most important.

Hey Bigger Pockets Folks....Can anyone recommend a good Property Management Company with reasonable rates?

I would really like to leverage this equity I have built into a bigger investment, and do it sooner than later.I am just not sure if it is smart to uproot my worry-free investments from a great market, and re-invest into a city that I am not that familiar with, especially without being there full time to look after the buildings?  

Hi everyoneNewbie investor.I just found one of the bigger pockets books recently.I currently live in an RV and my ideal first investment would be a duplex that I can completely rent out.

Our bigger one, 95 units, was $7500 and the smaller one, 14 units, was $4500.

I had enough contacts here on bigger pockets as well as in the general market place, that I sent a letter out to each one with what I was willing to pay for commission.
