Off market does not necessarily mean it's a "good deal" but generally there is less competition.If you want to find off market deals, you can do the following:-get on wholesaler buyer lists-get on investor-friendly agents buyer lists-network with investors and tell them you're looking for off market deals-target owners directly via direct mail, cold calling, door knocking, driving for dollars.

The app I use for this is DealMachine.For Skip-tracing, I use Batchleads but you can also Skip-trace within the DM app.To cold-call my leads, I use a dialer called CallTools.
