Focus on the list or market for cold calling wholesale deals?
Most markets look pretty bad for wholesaling right now except for a few in the southeast and Midwest.
Pre-probates, liens, and pre-foreclosures are generally better lists for wholesaling (compared to lists like absentee, zombie, and general (not combined with other variables) high equity.
I’m in the process of cold calling 5 of the best markets in the southeast and Midwest using liens and pre-foreclosure lists. I’d like to get a deal asap, so I’m skipping pre-probates for now. My problem is that I’m going to be out of numbers to call in a week.
So should I focus on doing liens and pre-foreclosures in other markets OR should I focus on doing lists that aren’t as successful like vacants, tired landlords, and divorce in the 5 markets that I’m working on?
