What did you do in order to maintain focus, effectively manage your assets, and keep your sanity while juggling all of the tasks at once?

There is due diligence involved along with ongoing tasks but overall this a passive in nature.

It's common enough but I don't think majority have that feature.Is there any particular tasks you're looking to do with the Income/Expense tracker?

Once I do (and I'm not asking for one here), do I help them with smaller logistical tasks?

Hello everyone, I live in NY and I want to start my real estate adventure.

After watching his podcast on how to invest in real estate with little or no money down I immediately signed up as a Pro member.My wife is taking her real estate agent's exam soon and we hope to begin our real estate investing adventure starting in the Ocala-Gainesville area with flipping and LTR's and eventually branching out to a couple solid STR's in the Destin area where we hope to retire someday.

Why do you call an expensive plumber for such a ridiculously simple task?
