Gratitude - Happy Thanksgiving Y'all

Thanksgiving is upon us. Gratitude in my opinion is one of the most important practices you can develop in your personal life. As you gain gratitude for your life and the things around you, no matter how small, you gain a clarity and brightness that'll make you a better person in many ways. This positive impact will extend way farther than your own self, and to all those around you.

Here's a link to a 3 minute lesson on gratitude by Sam Harris. If you have the time, give it a listen. It's a great reminder:

Please share if you have a gratitude practice that you incorporate into your day!

**If you liked the above video here's another short one from the same guy, I love this one and listen to it every week. The title is Lesson on Death
