Check out WIDI (wireless display) technology. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/intel-wireless-display.htmlBe aware that there are more laptops with widi tecchnology on the market, than those listed on intel site. You would also need an adaptor ,as listed on the page..push2tv 200o seems good.http://www.netgear.com/home/products/hometheater/media-players/PTV2000.aspx#So basically after that , anything thats on internet/in your laptops dvd player , will play on tv.

I've heard that even if you have an LLC, if the tenant knows your personal name, they can go after you personally regardless of the LLC being the actual "landlord".I'm excited about moving forward (we recently stumbled upon a great property and would love to pick it up right away), but I'm a little intimidated at some of the potential insurance/tax/etc... issues that may arise. Thanks in advance for any and all advice!

Hello,I bought my own place (North Cal) and want to move out of my rental in the end of the month.I gave my landlord 60 days advance notice in May as required by our rental agreement, and asked to move out sooner. The landlord ( he is a lawyer) shortened the period to 45 days on condition that we agree to show our place to prospective tenants. However, the house is in a bad condition.
