I prefer someone who is knowledgeable about mandatory state/city/county clauses and has a lot of experience with evictions.Currently I have two properties in Victorville and Hesperia with month to month tenants that I inherited.  

In the CT forum use the actual city.  

The only way this might be attractive is if you have the property (park/pads)...That said, it's a low-class market...how many people in your city are really looking for mobile homes?...

Hello I'm starting Wholesaler in Memphis and I just want to know is this the right city for this type of thing and if so can anyone show me the ropes?

I understand there are still some good returns to be made in the city but South Wedge, Park Ave (obviously), North Winton, and East Rochester just seem to be overpriced.

Just moved to Oklahoma City and want to know if there is an active Bigger Pockets group here.  

My wife and I purchased our first SFR in 2015 in Rochester NY and now have 4 SFRs in that city.
