New to Bigger Pockets Living in Spokane Investing in Rochester NY

Hello Bigger Pockets community. I'm newer to the community but am looking to contribute and also glean wisdom from more experienced RE investors.

My wife and I purchased our first SFR in 2015 in Rochester NY and now have 4 SFRs in that city. We now live in Spokane Washington and are considering getting into the rental market here. If you have experience in either of those cities I would love to connect with you.
