Your margins will probably be higher if you're on several platforms and have a software to link them up, but I think Airbnb is the best platform to start with from my experience due to the large customer base.

Sounds like at the very least it is time for a chat with the attorney to tell them your goals and get a game plan together.

When you list on the STR platforms, do you have to use your full name or do you use a handle (CB days from the 1970's)?

@Kevin KeatingI’d recommend looking at STR on the popular platforms in your desired purchase areas and just send messages asking who the agent was that facilitated the sale.
