If you’re looking for the sea coast and a quintessential New England town, you’ve got Portsmouth.

We'd looked at a lot of beaches in this general area (Southern East Coast), and found it to be more affordable to get into. 

I would focus on areas up north like Linden and areas on the west side of Columbus, like Franklinton and Hilltop.

Beachfront lots are now from $1.5M to $7M+ depending where on emerald coast you want to buy. 

Lucie, and Palm Coast; however, I am also very interested in learning and exploring opportunities in additional markets.
