Good Day All!

My name is Evan Savage, a young professional and RE investor who recently relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for work. My goal is to do my first RE deal early next calendar year. My priority these next few months is to connect with experienced RE agents and investors to learn the nuances to prepare and capitalize accordingly. I would appreciate any connections, conversations, or RE meetups in the DFW area.

My focus is on single family and small multi-family rental properties. I'm not handcuffed to only the DFW area, growing up in the Raleigh/Durham metro, I would gladly entertain investment opportunities in Central NC as well.

I think you're in meetup central.  Seems like we have a meetup somewhere almost every night of the week in DFW area.  I like the NTAREI group.  They have changed a bit of formats lately with some happy hours that are just networking, no program.  I think those are free.

Another good one is First Tuesday group that meets at Hyenia's Comedy Club in Ft. Worth first Tuesday of the month in the evening.  That one also free.

I believe first time is free at Robin Carriger's DFW Real Estate meetup group on Saturday mornings in Fort Worth.  He has some great programs and a good group of mostly small investors.

I've often posted a pretty big list of many of the groups that meet around town, so you might search on that and see if you can find one of those posts.  If not, DM me and I can send you the list.
